Hosanna House, Inc. (HHI) is committed to working with families to support them in identifying health needs, identifying barriers to healthcare services, and providing connections to healthcare resources. We foster health education by engaging the community to participate in health education and awareness programs: workshops, seminars, and services to improve the overall health status of community residents.
“UPMC Health Plan is expanding the traditional definitions of health care. The partnership we share with Hosanna House has empowered families and individuals to reach their highest potential through workforce development initiatives – including job training, access to steady employment, and access to education. We look forward to our continued success.”
