Hosanna House, Inc. (HHI) is committed to establishing and fostering partnerships with organizations to provide resources for those in need, adopting a Settlement House approach. HHI is a one-stop shop for health and human services.
“One of the main contributions of the settlement house movement to social work practice was the creation of a model of community-based service delivery, which involved living and working among the people who needed help.”
“Settlement Houses were meant to move beyond charity, instead bringing together people from the middle and upper classes to work with and for the poor.”
“We are thrilled to help create museum experiences that are both innovative and inclusive. Our work with Hosanna House Inc. continues to inspire children and families to experience museums, explore hands-on and social emotional learning, and build invaluable skills to help themselves and make an impact in the Pittsburgh community and beyond.”
