The Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation, through its real estate development subsidiary, restored the sprawling, three-story building on Kelly Avenue off Rebecca Avenue, as well as a four-story brick condo building at 855 Rebecca Ave.
Two new townhouses on a lot at 604 and 606 Mulberry St. as a part of the $11.5 multi-site initiative. In all, the foundation added 50 affordable housing units as a second phase of the 27 unit Crescent development.
Hosanna House’s services are directed at enhancing the quality of life of residents through a variety programs and services. Services include open access to educational and employment services, health and wellness programs, child and youth services, social and recreational activities, life skills including household maintenance, parenting, and budgeting, and outreach on human services available throughout the community.
